Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sr. GEOINT Analyst Trainer / SME on a 10-year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in GEOINT with a strong emphasis on geospatial analysis.
Required Certifications:
- Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated deep real-world experience working as a Geospatial Analyst (GA) roles and workflows.
- Experience and working knowledge of Imagery Analyst (IA) roles and workflows.
- Experience supporting operational or mission-focused environments outside of national-level agencies (e.g., tactical, service-level, or partner organizations)
- Strong understanding of GEOINT tradecraft, analytic methodologies, and mission workflows.
- Experience delivering training, mentoring, or instruction to analyst teams.
- Hands-on experience with ESRI tools (e.g., ArcGIS suite)
- Familiarity with GEOINT fusion concepts and multi-source intelligence integration.
- Ability to assess workflows and recommend practical, mission-aligned improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both analysts and technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with or alongside diverse analyst communities across multiple organizations.
- Familiarity with integrating geospatial tools into operational workflows and mission systems.
- Experience developing formal training programs or curriculum.
- Exposure to emerging GEOINT technologies and data sources.
- Understanding of data visualization and dashboarding concepts.
- Experience supporting government or defense-related programs.
