ASSESSMENT FACTORS

3. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation.
4. Explains analytic findings clearly to Defense clients; coaches junior analysts in verbally and graphically/visually defending analysis with logical arguments.
5. Makes insightful, well-reasoned, and timely decisions by assessing the relevance and impact to the organization.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS


1. CDASA-1 Certification.
2. COCOM-level experience.
