Executive Director, Toddhall Retreat & Conference Center

Toddhall Retreat and Conference Center in Columbia, IL is seeking an Executive Director.  Toddhall is owned by St. George's Episcopal Church and provides retreat facilities in a peaceful, rustic setting to help foster spiritual, mental and physical well-being.  This position is full-time and includes working alternate weekends.

A college degree is preferable but not essential if the candidate has experience managing a diverse staff and/or has experience in business administration or the hospitality industry.

Applicants must excel in the areas of:  

• Customer service
• Christian hospitality
• Managing contracts
• Managing budgets and payroll
• Managing a 15-person staff
• Handling minor repairs
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills

Baseline salary is $55,000, commensurate with experience.  Comprehensive employee benefits are included.
