POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will work both independently and with a team to support daily production and warehouse operations. This includes handling materials, assisting with basic fabrication processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and teamwork. Payrate: $19/hr
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all company safety, production, and workplace policies
- Attend and participate in required training sessions
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
- Operate basic equipment such as saws, shears, and forklifts (training provided as needed)
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors
- Use basic measuring tools to check product quality
- Support production runs and ensure parts meet quality standards
- Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products
- Complete required documentation (production counts, tracking, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with minor equipment upkeep and general maintenance
- Move finished products to the next stage of production or shipping
- Work with team members to improve workflow and efficiency
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying noise levels
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–50 pounds
- Must wear required PPE (eye, ear, and foot protection)
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Thursday
- Training on 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Move to 2nd shift after training: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays
- Long-term temporary assignment
