Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois under the Illinois Speech Pathology Practice Act

  • ASHA membership or eligibility preferred

  • Ability to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan (neonates through geriatrics)

  • Current CPR certification and service line–specific competencies


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services

  • Collaborate with referral sources, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Manage cases through evaluation, treatment, and discharge

  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and service excellence in all interactions
