Qualifications
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois under the Illinois Speech Pathology Practice Act
-
ASHA membership or eligibility preferred
-
Ability to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan (neonates through geriatrics)
-
Current CPR certification and service line–specific competencies
Job Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based therapy services

Collaborate with referral sources, families, and healthcare professionals

Maintain timely and accurate documentation
-
Manage cases through evaluation, treatment, and discharge

Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and service excellence in all interactions
