Develops project plans, identifies resources (i.e., personnel and materials), schedules, and other relevant information required to achieve project objectives.

Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews.

Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, vendors, and other service providers to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

Coordinates with engineers to validate Bill of Materials (BOM), documents the engineering design/solution, configurations, review, approval, and implementations required to satisfy project requirements.

Coordinates with procurement for ordering BOM.

Coordinates with logistics for receiving materials for project implementation and shipping to end site/location.

Coordinates with security engineers to ensure all required Assessment and Authorization (A&A) steps are completed in accordance with ICD 503.

Provides guidance to project teams to ensure successful implementation and completion of project requirements.

Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities.

Requires minimal guidance and direction from senior level technicians, specialists, and managers.

Provides input to Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Award Term briefings and ad hoc reports, as required.

Experience managing projects delivering technologically complex transport and/or cybersecurity solutions.
