I’m currently looking to connect with strong candidates for multiple manufacturing opportunities in the St. Charles, Missouri area.

Location: St. Charles, MO (63301)
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Schedule: Start on 1st shift (training) → transition to 2nd shift

Open Positions
Forming Fabricators – $19/hour
Machinist – $21+/hour - depended on experience level

What You’ll Be Doing
These roles are hands-on and production-focused, supporting manufacturing operations in a structured, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:
Operating machinery and production equipment
Following work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Performing quality checks using measuring tools
Monitoring processes and reporting issues
Maintaining safety and production standards

Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must pass a 7-year background check
Must pass a 10-panel drug screen (No THC)
