ASSESSMENT FACTORS

1. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned.
2. Establishes effective working relationships to successfully complete work.
3. Uses proper methods to request, control, monitor, and advise on the use of funds in regards to purpose, time, and amount.
4. Explains in detail the process involved in executing resources at the transaction level, beginning with the initiation phase and applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations.
5. Understands the functions of Agency financial systems, able to efficiently retrieve, use and analyze information pertinent to daily work.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS


1. Experience with iRMIS, iRMIS-FI, FACTS and CMS is a plus.
2. Previous Gov't Purchase Card (GPC) experience, Gov't Travel Credit Card, and Defense Travel System experience will be favorably viewed.
