Description You will serve as a AIR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, or executing program management functions across an Airfield Operations Program, and specifically at an air terminal; 2) Developing or evaluating air transportation policies and procedures to resolve air operations problems; 3) Analyzing, executing or evaluating Air Operations programs, including air terminals and airfield evaluations.
