Description

As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Investigator (Deputy District Director) at the GS-1860-15, the incumbent of this position serves as Deputy District Director and shares in the overall responsibility of the District. The incumbent is primarily responsible for the supervision and coordination, through subordinate supervisors of the enforcement functions of the District.

For the GS-15: You must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the federal service. Specialized experience includes experience enforcing federal employment discrimination laws as they pertain to private sector employers; developing and/or managing long-range plans, strategies, and goals of investigative and enforcement programs; and experience supervising and coordinating through subordinate supervisors of day-to-day operations.
