Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Home Inspection Assistant to support our licensed inspectors in the field. This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday) with flexible scheduling. The assistant will help with inspection preparation, equipment handling, and field documentation.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist inspector during property inspections.
• Safely access crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Lift and transport equipment (up to 60 lbs).
• Take notes, photos, and organize inspection materials.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Provide professional support to clients and team.

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable in confined spaces and at heights.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.

 Schedule & Benefits:
