Nondestructive Testing Technicians - Various Locations/Levels

We are seeking skilled Nondestructive Testing Technicians to join our dynamic team at various locations. As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests on materials, components, and structures without causing damage. Your expertise in utilizing various NDT methods will contribute to ensuring the integrity and safety of critical assets in industries such as manufacturing, construction, aerospace, and energy.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform NDT Inspections:
• Utilize a variety of NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and visual testing (VT).
• Conduct inspections on materials, welds, and components according to industry standards and project specifications.
2. Equipment Setup and Calibration:
• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Record inspection data, findings, and results accurately.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing inspection procedures, results, and recommendations.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate inspection activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to discuss findings and provide recommendations.
5. Adherence to Safety Standards:
• Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during inspections.
• Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards.
6. Continuous Learning:
• Stay current with industry standards, advancements in NDT technology, and participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in NDT methods preferred
