About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB Outdoor Recreation.

This position is flexible, 0-40 hours per week.Assists in operation and maintenance of the Outdoor Recreation facilities. Issues campsites in the FAMCAMP and tent areas. Ensures all locations are kept in a neat and orderly manner. Issues space in the Recreational Vehicle (RV) storage area to authorized customers. Ensures all priorities are adhered to. Responsible for RV storage lots. Ensure customers are briefed on their responsibilities and that all documents are completed. Follows up with the customer on late payments, expired tags and abandonment of contents. Maintains files, input financial information in Orbital program for RV storage. Consolidates cashier reports from other sub-activities, prepares and makes bank deposits in a timely manner, controls change funds and petty cash expenditures. Maintains all aspects of the advance payment records to include monitoring payments, sending expiration and late notices and ensuring proper records. Maintains rental inventory through Rec Trac System and controls reports on Rec Trac.

Qualifying Experience:
Working experience or knowledge of the recreational activities and equipment, rules, and procedures as they relate to an Outdoor Recreation program. Typing skills are required. Knowledge of office automation software. Rec Trac is desirable.

Salary16.80 - 19.00 Hour
